Deborah VanMarche – Vice President / CFO
Deborah is chief financial officer and heads our HR department as well. She joined RS Tech in 1996 with extensive experience in financial operations as well as HR concerns. Deborah attained her PHD from Arizona State University.

Since receiving a BS in Business Management and Marketing, Richard began an illustrious career in the Test & Burn-In Socket industry. With over 20 years industry experience, Richard has an extensive knowledge of test sockets and hardware and a keen insight for customer relations.
